Ingredients:
- 500g chopped , dried apricots
- 395g condensed milk
- 3 cups grated coconut
The fun part!
- Combine apricots, condensed milk and 2 1/2 cups grated coconut
- With wet hands roll mixture into small balls.
- Coat in remaining 1/2 cup coconut
- Refrigerate or freeze until need
Serves 20- 30
